🥩 500g beef
🌱 500g green beans
🧄 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
🌿 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
🥣 3 tablespoons soy sauce
🍶 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
🍚 1 tablespoon sugar
🌽 1 tablespoon cornstarch
🍚 Sesame seeds (to taste)
🧂 Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation
1️⃣ Thinly slice the beef.
2️⃣ Mix the beef with 1 tablespoon cornstarch, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
3️⃣ Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them in half.
4️⃣ Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon sugar.
5️⃣ Heat some sesame oil in a pan and lightly fry the green beans. Remove from the pan once done.
6️⃣ In the same pan, fry the beef until slightly browned.
7️⃣ Return the green beans to the pan, add minced garlic and ginger, and fry for about 2 minutes.
8️⃣ Add the prepared sauce to the beef and green beans, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes until the ingredients are well-cooked.
9️⃣ Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle some sesame seeds before serving.
🍚 Serve with rice.
