🍚 100g Sugar
🍊 Zest of 1 Orange
🥤 1 cup Orange juice
☕ 1 cup Espresso

Preparation

1️⃣ Mix the brewed coffee, orange liqueur, and orange juice together and set aside to cool completely.
2️⃣ Combine the mascarpone cheese and cream in a bowl.
3️⃣ Separate the egg yolks and whites into two different bowls.
4️⃣ Beat the yolks with sugar using a mixer until the mixture becomes light in color and creamy in texture. Add orange zest and a tablespoon of orange juice to the egg yolk mixture.
5️⃣ With an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form to the point where if you turn the bowl upside down, the whites will not fall out.
6️⃣ Gently fold the egg yolk mixture and the mascarpone and cream mixture into the egg whites until uniform.
7️⃣ Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and orange juice mixture and lay them at the bottom of a dish.
8️⃣ Cover with a layer of the filling you prepared and repeat the layers.
9️⃣ After using all the ingredients, refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours.
