🍝 200g of cooked noodles or spaghetti
🥄 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
🥕 50g of carrots
🥬 50g of cabbage
🌱 50g of spring onions
🌱 50g of bean sprouts
🌶️ 50g of red bell pepper
🧄 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
🍠 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced

Preparation

1️⃣ Slice the carrots and red bell peppers thinly.
2️⃣ Cut the spring onions into approximately 3cm lengths.
3️⃣ Chop the cabbage.
4️⃣ Prepare the sauce by mixing Worcestershire, oyster, soy sauce, ketchup, and sugar together; set aside.
5️⃣ In a pan, add sesame oil.
6️⃣ Sauté the chicken pieces until they are cooked through, adding ginger and garlic, and let the mixture cook until the liquid evaporates.
7️⃣ Add the carrots and red bell peppers, and sauté them, followed by the spring onions and cabbage, allowing the chicken and vegetables toslightly brown.
8️⃣ Add the cooked noodles or spaghetti and stir-fry.
9️⃣ Lastly, add the sauce and mix well.
🔟 Stir in the bean sprouts at the end and serve the dish.
